Lovely place to stay in Mexico City. Maria Elena is very friendly and always happy to help. Rooms are spacious and clean
Es un lugar muy independiente, bajo tu responsabilidad el ingreso y salida del hotel, así mismo como su seguridad. El personal muy colaborador, entendieron nuestra situación de vuelos (horarios) y nos colaboraron con un horario acorde a estos tanto para check-in como para check-out. Tambien muy atentos a la limpieza y orden de la habitación. Fui por turismo, pero tuve que realizar tareas del trabajo, por lo cual el WiFi era de vital importancia, cosa que destaco, ya que la conexión a internet era estable y de acceso seguro. Se encuentran varios restaurantes de todos los valores y tipos de comidas (debes estar atento al horario comercial de la zona) y lugares turísticos en los alrededores. Cerca se encuentran paradas de metro, turibus y supermercado (para el desayuno va bien, ya que no estaba incluido, aunque siempre contábamos con café instantaneo y cafetera eléctrica en la habitación por parte del hotel). Nuestra habitación es en el segundo piso, bastante amplio, con agua caliente, aire acondicionado, plancha y secadora que podías utilizar. Nuestra habitación contaba con camas altas pero muy cómodas y varias mantas perfectas para el frío. Debo decir que la última noche nos quedamos en el primer piso esperando en el taxi y el sonido de los televisores se escuchaba muy alto en la recepción. El hotel realiza las reservas únicamente por Booking, medio por el cual, rl valor que aparecia en oferta, el valor de la reserva y el valor facturado fueron diferentes. Un buen lugar para pasar más de una noche, sea por turismo o por trabajo
Small hotel on a quiet street. Very clean. Good WiFi. Some of the rooms quite small but well organized. Our room was large, on the 2nd floor and faced the courtyard. Very convenient location.
La atención fue mucho muy amable, y se encuentra en un lugar muy bien ubicado en la Condesa. Habitaciones cómodas y con todo lo necesario. Hay un pequeño problema con el ruido, por que se escucha todo lo que sucede a fuera. Pero en general todo excelente .
Muy buena ubicación en el corazón de la condesa, te atienden muy amablemente y te hacen sentir como en tu casa, las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas.
